Qualifications / Experience:
- Current RN license, valid in Michigan
- Minimum 1 year of recent Med-Surg nursing experience preferred
- BLS certification required (other certifications beneficial)
- Proficiency in managing diverse patient caseloads
- Strong communication, teamwork, and critical thinking abilities
Responsibilities / Duties:
- Assess, plan, and administer care to adult patients in the med-surg unit
- Monitor patient status and tailor interventions as needed
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary medical teams
