Schedule/Hours:
- 7:00AM7:30PM
- Every third weekend required
- Every other holiday rotation
Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Active RN license, in good standing
- Minimum of 1-2 years of medical-surgical (MS) nursing experience
- BLS certification (required)
- Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
- Adaptable, with excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Responsibilities/Duties:
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to adult and geriatric patients on a busy medical-surgical unit
- Monitor patient progress, administer medications, and assist with treatments as ordered
- Collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Participate in patient and family education, ensuring clear and compassionate communication
- Maintain accurate, timely medical records while upholding safety standards and facility protocols
