The position also requires vigilance in monitoring patients around the clock for seizure activity, particularly those in the Epilepsy Monitoring Unit (EMU). Collaboration with critical care teams and hospitalists ensures advanced care patients receive coordinated support.

Qualifications / Desired Experience:

• Valid RN license with a Master of Science in Nursing (RN-MS)
• Experience in patient assessment, care planning, and implementation within a hospital setting
• Ability to conduct continuous patient monitoring and emergency response
• Strong communication skills for both patient and interdisciplinary team interactions
• Commitment to patient and employee safety, including hazard identification and correction
