Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to medical-surgical patients
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, documenting changes and communicating effectively with interdisciplinary teams
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Utilize Cerner electronic medical records to maintain accurate patient documentation
- Adhere to safety protocols and assist in maintaining a safe environment for patients and staff
Qualifications
- Current RN license with medical-surgical experience
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Prior experience with Cerner electronic medical record system preferred
- Availability for night shifts (7:00 pm 7:00 am) with alternating weekends on a 3/2 split schedule
- Must have a permanent address located 50+ miles from the facility
Schedule/Hours
- Nights: 7:00 pm 7:00 am
- 3/2 split rotation (4 shifts one week, 3 shifts the next)
- Overtime available after 48 hours per week
This contract is scheduled for an 8-week duration with a start date as soon as possible. Candidates meeting all requirements will be considered promptly, with scheduling flexibility based on candidate availability.
