You'll collaborate across disciplines, develop advanced skills in cardiac monitoring, critical medication drips, and care transitionsall within a hospital recognized for excellence in education, stroke, and cardiac care. Expand your clinical knowledge with state-of-the-art technology, including EPIC, Alaris pumps, and advanced monitoring equipment.

Schedule/Hours

• 12-hour shifts: 7A-7P or 7P-7A
• Weekend rotation: 5-6 weekends per 6-week schedule
• No call required
• Holiday coverage: one shift each major holiday
• Flexible 6-week scheduling cycles

Qualifications & Desired Experience

• Active RN license, BLS required; ACLS preferred (must achieve during onboarding)
• 2+ years recent Med Surg/Telemetry RN experience
• Minimum 6 months of EPIC EMR experience
• Proficiency in cardiac rhythm interpretation, trach care, chest tubes, and multiple drips (insulin, heparin, Cardizem, amiodarone, etc.)
• Strong assessment, time management, and patient education skills
• Adaptability to float between all Med/Tele units and to the ED for holds

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered Med Surg and Telemetry nursing care
• Manage post-cath, CHF, and post-surgical populations
• Coordinate discharge planning and participate in interdisciplinary collaboration
• Educate patients and families for positive outcomes
• Document care accurately in EPIC
