This role is designed for Registered Nurses specializing in Medical-Surgical care who are eager to enhance their clinical expertise while adding valuable experience to their resume. Qualifications and Experience:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in IL (or Compact eligible)
- Bachelors degree in Nursing preferred, but Associates degree accepted
- At least one year of recent acute care experience in Medical-Surgical nursing
- BLS certification (ACLS preferred)
- Strong assessment, communication, and organizational abilities
- Adaptability in fast-paced, diverse healthcare settings
