Deliver skilled nursing care as an RN specializing in Medical-Surgical Telemetry in a dynamic 41-bed medical telemetry unit. This contract role offers the opportunity to contribute to patient-centered care across cardiac, respiratory, metabolic, psychiatric, substance use disorder, GU, and GI populations. Rotating shifts provide variety and engagement in a fast-paced clinical environment. Candidates must be proficient in telemetry strip interpretation and cardiac drip management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and interpret cardiac telemetry strips.
• Administer and manage cardiac drips, TR Bands, and high-flow oxygen therapy.
• Provide direct patient care to a diverse patient population.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to carry out patient care plans.
• Float to applicable units as needed to support patient care demand.
• Accurately document using EPIC Electronic Medical Record system.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Current Massachusetts RN license.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in telemetry nursing.
• AHA BLS certification.
• Competency in reading telemetry strips and managing cardiac telemetry patients.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including days (rotating between 7a-7p, 11a-11p, and 7p-7a) and steady nights.
• Ability to float to other units as required.
