A Telemetry RN role is available in Lynn, MA, supporting a 24-bed Medical Cardiology unit specializing in advanced cardiac care. This position requires an experienced nursing professional with strong telemetry and cardiology skills, particularly in post-catheterization care and managing complex cardiac devices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and interpret telemetry strips with precision.
• Administer and manage cardiac drips effectively.
• Provide post-procedure care for patients who have undergone PCI, ICD implantation, PPM, and ablation.
• Utilize specialized equipment such as the TR Band and manage femoral approach care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive cardiac patient care.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years nursing experience with a strong cardiac background.
• Proven ability to read telemetry strips and perform cardiac drips.
• Active Massachusetts RN license.
• Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Familiarity with post-catheterization care procedures and telemetry monitoring protocols.

Schedule:

• Day, evening, and night shifts on a rotating basis, approximately 36 hours per week.
• Every other weekend rotation.
• Nurse-to-patient ratio: 1:5 on days and 1:6 on nights.
