In this medical-surgical RN position, youll collaborate with a variety of healthcare leaders, gaining new perspectives on patient care and clinical workflow. Schedule/Hours:
- Nights, 3x12 hour shifts
- 36 hours per week guaranteed
- Weekend and call hours as required by facility
Desired Qualifications:
- Active RN license
- Minimum of 4 years experience in a med-surg setting
- Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred)
- Proficient in utilizing the nursing process for comprehensive patient care
- Experience in EPIC EMR is advantageous
- Willing and able to float as needed across units
Role Responsibilities:
- Assess and manage med-surg patients with a 1:5 ratio
- Maintain professional accountability and ensure privacy and rights of all patients
- Coordinate interdisciplinary care and collaborate with other departments
- Oversee effectiveness of overall care and support fellow care providers
- Adhere to black scrub dress code
