Schedule:

• 13-week assignment
• Day shift: 6:30 AM 7:00 PM
• Floating and call required

Key Qualifications:

• Valid RN license with at least 2 years of recent Med/Surg nursing experience
• Current certifications in ACLS and BLS required
• PALS certification preferred
• Ability to adapt rapidly, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and provide compassionate care across diverse patient populations

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver exemplary patient care by assessing, planning, and evaluating nursing interventions for individuals on the Med/Surg unit
• Monitor patient progress, recognize changes in condition, and respond promptly
• Manage patient documentation accurately in accordance with facility policy
• Float between units as needed and participate in on-call rotation to support team coverage and optimal patient care
