Schedule:
- 13-week assignment
- Day shift: 6:30 AM 7:00 PM
- Floating and call required
Key Qualifications:
- Valid RN license with at least 2 years of recent Med/Surg nursing experience
- Current certifications in ACLS and BLS required
- PALS certification preferred
- Ability to adapt rapidly, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and provide compassionate care across diverse patient populations
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver exemplary patient care by assessing, planning, and evaluating nursing interventions for individuals on the Med/Surg unit
- Monitor patient progress, recognize changes in condition, and respond promptly
- Manage patient documentation accurately in accordance with facility policy
- Float between units as needed and participate in on-call rotation to support team coverage and optimal patient care
