Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Active and unencumbered RN license
• Bachelors degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• 1-2 years of recent Medical-Surgical (MS) nursing experience
• BLS certification (required), ACLS preferred
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
• Proven adaptability and ability to thrive in fast-paced settings

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to a diverse patient population in the med-surg unit
• Conduct detailed assessments, administer medication, and monitor patients conditions
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans
• Document patient responses and report any changes to the appropriate team members
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and post-discharge care
