Schedule/Hours:
- Full-time travel contract; 12-hour shifts
- Flexibility required, including potential floating to other units
Desired Skills / Qualifications:
- Current, active California RN license (required)
- ACLS and PALS certifications (required)
- Strong Med-Surg clinical competency
- Experience with non-critical pediatric patients required
- Recent, hands-on Cerner EMR experience (required)
- Ability and willingness to float to Skilled Nursing unit as needed
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent patient care in Medical-Surgical and non-critical Peds settings
- Float between units as assigned to meet patient needs and census demands
- Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes
- Accurately document care in Cerner EMR
- Uphold best practices to support patient safety and quality
