Role Expectations:

• Deliver comprehensive, evidence-based nursing care in accordance with established standards.
• Supervise, direct, and mentor various levels of nursing staff.

• Respond effectively to patient needs in a unit not exceeding 65% medical or surgical cases.

Qualifications:

• Active, unencumbered RN license required.
• Minimum one year of relevant medical-surgical nursing experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
• Experience with electronic medical records systems is a plus.
