Qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted RN license
• Previous experience in Medical-Surgical (MS) nursing required
• Strong clinical assessment and patient-care skills
• Proven ability to communicate clearly with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
• Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) and charting
• BLS certification (additional ACLS preferred)

Responsibilities:

• Deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care to adults with diverse medical needs
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, report changes, and carry out timely interventions
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and allied health to develop individualized care plans
• Document patient information accurately and uphold confidentiality and compliance standards
• Educate patients and their families on condition management, post-discharge care, and resources
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and safe unit environment
