Qualifications:
- Active RN license
- Prior experience in MS (Medical-Surgical) nursing preferred
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and clinical assessment abilities
- Ability to effectively supervise, mentor, and coordinate with nursing staff
- Exceptional communication and teamwork skills
- Current BLS certification
Responsibilities:
