Advance your nursing career by providing essential care for patients in an inpatient acute care setting. This full-time opportunity offers a dynamic environment where Registered Nurses use their skills to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Schedule:

• Full-time, 12-hour day shifts (7:00 AM 7:00 PM)
• Weekend and holiday shifts required
• No on-call or floating obligations

Qualifications:

• Associate's degree in Nursing or diploma required; Bachelors degree in Nursing preferred
• Current RN license valid in Kansas
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required; ACLS and PALS may substitute for BLS depending on department
• At least one year of RN experience preferred (new graduates considered)
• Willingness to obtain ACLS within 6 months for designated units

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct nursing care in accordance with organizational protocols and professional standards
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, acting as a key decision maker in care coordination
• Maintain detailed patient records in compliance with privacy regulations
• Participate in performance improvement efforts within the team
• Provide patient and family education regarding treatment, procedures, and post-care instructions
