Schedule:
- Full-time, 12-hour day shifts (07:00 19:00)
- Weekend and holiday shifts are required
- No on-call or floating requirements
Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Associates degree in Nursing or nursing diploma required; Bachelors degree in Nursing preferred
- Current Registered Nurse license in Kansas
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (ACLS and PALS certifications may satisfy this requirement, depending on assignment)
- Minimum of 1 year of RN experience preferred; will consider new grads
- Commitment to providing compassionate, high-quality care
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, and implement nursing care in accordance with hospital policy and clinical best practices
- Document patient information accurately while maintaining confidentiality
- Act as a leader in coordinating patient care with multiple healthcare professionals
- Provide education and support for patients and their families
- Adhere to all safety standards and compliance requirements
