Responsibilities:

• Deliver patient-centered care to diverse individuals in the medical-surgical unit
• Assess patient conditions, develop nursing care plans, and implement physician orders
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patient conditions
• Educate patients and families, fostering understanding and supporting recovery
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold high standards of patient safety and confidentiality

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license (current and in good standing)
• Minimum of one year of recent Medical-Surgical RN experience preferred
• Strong clinical judgment, adaptability, and communication skills
• BLS certification (additional certifications a plus)
• Proficient with electronic medical records and standard med-surg protocols

$2,081 - $2,202/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
