Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Active RN License in state of employment or compact state
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a related nursing specialty preferred
- Proficient assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation skills
- Strong capability to manage contingencies and work independently
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care utilizing the full spectrum of the nursing process
- Address the psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and their families
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with established protocols
- Document patient assessments, care, and progress accurately
- Educate patients, family members, and caregivers on health management and resources
- Support and mentor peers as appropriate; delegate tasks efficiently
