As a Registered Nurse with med-surg experience, youll work on a dynamic 45-bed unit (including 28 telemetry beds) in an environment that encourages professional development. The nurse-patient ratios (1:4, 1:5, or 1:6) provide opportunities to sharpen your acuity skills and collaborate with a wide range of healthcare professionals. Schedule/Hours:
- Must be available every other weekend (EOW)
- Required every other holiday (EOH)
Qualifications:
- Active RN license, eligible in the state of Ohio
- Minimum one year of recent experience in medical-surgical settings
- Telemetry experience strongly preferred
- BLS certification required
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care on a 45-bed med-surg unit
- Safely manage tele and non-tele patients
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and utilize virtual nurse support
