Schedule/Hours:
- Rotating schedule with every other weekend and holiday
- Variable shifts to meet patient care needs
Qualifications:
- Active RN license
- Experience in med-surg or telemetry strongly preferred
- Comfort with a 1:41:6 patient ratio
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the med-surg and telemetry unit
- Collaborate with physicians, virtual nurse support, and interdisciplinary teams
- Monitor patient status and respond to changing needs
- Ensure accurate, timely documentation
