Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to adult medical-surgical patients
- Monitor patient conditions and administer treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Adapt to floating assignments and respond promptly to on-call needs
- Maintain accurate patient documentation and uphold safety protocols
Qualifications and Experience:
- Current RN license with a minimum of 2 years medical-surgical nursing experience
- Certification in ACLS and BLS is mandatory; PALS certification is preferred
- Ability to manage a fast-paced clinical environment with professionalism and care
Schedule:
- Days: 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM
- Floating and on-call shifts required
