Schedule/Hours:
- Flexible travel contract assignment (specific shifts to be discussed)
Qualifications & Experience:
- Active RN license with 2+ years of recent MedSurg/Telemetry experience
- Willingness to work on both general medicine and behavioral health units as needed
- BLS and ACLS certifications required; NIHSS (Resource Team requirement)
- CPI (for Unit B; can be obtained on-site)
- Proven skills in telemetry, chest tube care, trach care, PIV starts, drain and tube management, PCA pump management, and medication gtt
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Responsibilities:
- Direct and indirect patient care for medical-surgical and behavioral health populations
- Monitoring of telemetry and rapid intervention as needed
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team in a patient-centered environment
- Floating to other Med/Surg units as needed
