As an RN with a background in Med-Surg, youll gain expertise in a facility with 21 beds, including specialized MS, Swing, and Tele units, broadening your clinical skills with varying patient populations. This travel role exposes you to innovative medication systems (Pyxis) and electronic documentation (Cerner), as well as collaborative communication models built on AIDET and bedside shift reports. Schedule/Hours:

  • Rotating weekends
  • Set scheduling patterns with options to pick up open shifts
  • Participation in an on-call rotation (up to 4 shift off-calls or voluntary)
  • Occasional floating, including admission holds in the ED

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Active RN license with Med-Surg (MS) experience
  • Demonstrated adaptability in fast-paced clinical environments
  • Competence with electronic medication and documentation systems
  • Commitment to collaborative, patient-centered care

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care across MS, Swing, and Tele units
  • Flexibly float within the facility as needed for patient admissions
