Schedule/Hours:
- 12-hour night shifts, every weekend (5:30 PM start)
- 36 guaranteed hours weekly (except orientation/holiday weeks)
- 13-week contract
- Start date: ASAP
Qualifications:
- Active WI RN License and AHA BLS certification
- Minimum 3 years experience as an RN and at least 1 prior travel contract completed
- EPIC charting experience within the last year (required)
- Experience with Med/Surg, COVID, pre-post Cath, post pacemaker, TR Bands (required)
- Hardworking, resilient, adaptable, and team-oriented
- Comfortable floating within skillset throughout facilities within a 60-mile radius
- Black scrubs required
Responsibilities:
- Care for adult Med/Surg and occasional pediatric patients (rare)
- Manage patient ratios of 1:5-6, with LPN/CNA support as needed
- Deliver care in a dynamic, team-focused environment
- Adhere to facility protocols for floating and weekend/holiday coverage
- Maintain accurate documentation using EPIC
