Now hiring a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care on a full-time basis in a dynamic inpatient acute care setting. This role centers on leading patient care coordination and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure outstanding outcomes for adult medical-surgical patients.
Schedule:
- Full-time position
- 12-hour day shifts (07:00 AM 07:00 PM)
- Weekend and holiday coverage required
Key Qualifications:
- Associate degree in Nursing or nursing diploma required; Bachelors degree preferred
- Active Registered Nurse license, valid for practice in Kansas
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification (ACLS and PALS may waive BLS requirement per unit)
- Minimum of 1 year RN experience (will also consider new graduates)
- ACLS certification required within 6 months if assigned to ED, ICU, or specified units
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct care to acutely ill patients following established policies, protocols, and nursing standards
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records in compliance with all regulations
- Collaborate with physicians, ancillary staff, and patient families to optimize recovery and satisfaction
- Uphold patient privacy and quality of care throughout the stay
The compensation for this role ranges from $31.22 to $46.82 per hour, reflecting qualifications and experience. Additionally, this position offers the choice of a $5,000 sign-on bonus for a one-year commitment or a $10,000 sign-on bonus for a two-year commitment.
