Key Qualifications:

• Associates degree or diploma in Nursing (required); Bachelors degree preferred
• Current Registered Nurse license to practice in Kansas
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification; depending on unit, ACLS and PALS certifications may be required, with BLS requirement waived
• Minimum of one year of RN experience (will consider new grads)
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and decision-making skills

Position Highlights & Responsibilities:

• Schedule: Full-time, 12-hour day shifts (7:00 am 7:00 pm), including weekends and some holidays
• Deliver direct, evidence-based nursing care in line with facility protocols and regulatory requirements
• Coordinate patient care and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support the health and well-being of each patient
• Maintain accurate patient records and prioritize patient/family healthcare needs
• No on-call or floating requirements
