Deliver high-quality patient care and support multidisciplinary teams as a valued medical-surgical registered nurse in a dynamic hospital environment. This contract-based position offers the opportunity to contribute to a supportive and collaborative setting, working with patients who require acute care and continuous clinical assessment.

Key Qualifications:

• Current, active RN license in good standing
• Minimum of one year medical-surgical (MS) nursing experience
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and documentation skills
• Proficiency with electronic health records and hospital protocols
• BLS certification (additional certifications a plus)
• Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities

Schedule/Hours:

• Variable shifts and flexible scheduling may be available

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care, administer medications, and monitor patient progress according to established protocols
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in collaboration with physicians and allied health professionals
• Educate patients and families on disease processes, treatment plans, and discharge instructions
• Document all patient interactions, treatments, and care plans promptly and accurately
• Participate in rounding, hand-off communication, and interdisciplinary meetings
• Adhere to infection control standards and hospital safety policies
