As a MedSurg RN on night shifts (3x12, 36 guaranteed hours weekly), you'll gain firsthand exposure to a fast-paced, supportive care environment. Schedule/Hours:
- Full-time travel role
- Night shifts, 3 x 12 hours
- 36 hours weekly guaranteed
- Weekend and call requirements as needed
Qualifications:
- Active RN license
- Minimum 4 years of MedSurg experience
- Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred)
- Proficient in the nursing process: assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
- Able to float to other units as necessary
- Demonstrates accountability, effective communication, and adherence to patient rights and confidentiality
- Experience with Epic EMR advantageous
