As a Medical-Surgical RN, youll deliver age-specific, direct patient care using the Nursing Process and following well-established standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive, direct patient care using the Nursing Process
- Adhere to nursing department and specialty-specific standards
- Assume leadership, including effective delegation to team members
- Ensure compliance with all State and Federal healthcare regulations and policies
- Foster patient-centered care through clear communication and empathy
Qualifications:
- RN license in good standing
- Documented Medical-Surgical experience
- Active certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS (or ENPC), and De-escalation training (or proof of scheduled courses at orientation)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Effective communication and team collaboration skills
