Key Qualifications:

• Current, active RN license in good standing
• Minimum of one year recent experience in medical-surgical nursing
• Proficient in comprehensive patient assessments, care planning, and documentation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced hospital environment
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care and ongoing assessment to a diverse adult patient population
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and best practices
• Collaborate with physicians and allied health professionals to develop and revise individualized care plans
• Educate patients and families about diagnoses, medications, procedures, and self-care post-discharge
• Monitor and document patient progress, reporting changes or concerns promptly
• Uphold rigorous standards of infection control, patient safety, and privacy
• Participate in shift handoffs and team meetings to ensure continuity and clarity of care
• Support a positive and empathetic patient experience

$2,657 - $2,802/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
