Key Qualifications:
- Active RN license and experience in Medical-Surgical nursing
- Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS (or ENPC), and de-escalation training (courses must be taken or scheduled prior to clinical orientation)
- Proven ability to deliver age-specific, direct patient care using the Nursing Process
- Familiarity with state and federal healthcare regulations
