Schedule:
- Orientation: Monthly, second full week, Monday through Thursday
Requirements:
- Current RN license and experience in medical-surgical nursing
- At least 60 miles from facility for travel consideration
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills
- Flexibility and adaptability in fast-paced or rapidly changing environments
- Commitment to high standards of patient care and safety
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive care to medical-surgical patients
- Collaborate with physicians and the care team to implement individualized care plans
- Monitor, assess, and document patient progress
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and discharge instructions
- Respond promptly to emergencies in a Level IV Trauma Center
