Shift & Scheduling Details:
- 36 hours per week
- Every other weekend required
- Holiday shifts: Memorial Day, July 4th
Required Credentials & Experience:
- Current, valid RN license
- Prior Med-Surg (MS) nursing experience preferred
- Strong critical thinking, organization, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently with teams and adapt to new settings
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care for med-surg patients
- Conduct assessments, develop care plans, and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams
- Monitor patient progress and respond effectively in dynamic clinical situations
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with facility standards
