Responsibilities:

• Deliver quality care to adult medical-surgical patients, adhering to clinical protocols and facility guidelines
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Monitor patient health status, report changes, and adjust interventions as needed
• Administer medications and perform relevant procedures with precision and attention to detail
• Provide education and support to patients and their families to ensure understanding and comfort
• Accurately document assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the electronic medical record

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license and eligibility to practice in North Carolina
• Recent experience working in a Medical-Surgical (MS) unit
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and protocols
• BLS certification (required); additional certifications a plus
