Ideal Background:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
• Minimum of one year recent experience on a Medical Surgical (Med Surg/MS) unit
• Strong clinical assessment, patient communication, and critical thinking skills
• Adaptability and a collaborative approach in team settings
• BLS certification (required)

Core Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive medical-surgical care to a diverse patient population
• Execute patient assessments, develop care plans, and implement physician orders
