Responsibilities:
- Administer nursing care to patients in Medical/Surgical and Telemetry units during the 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM shift.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, documenting changes and ensuring timely communication with the healthcare team.
- Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
- Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and regulatory standards to ensure high-quality care delivery.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding treatment plans and health maintenance.
Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license with Med/Surg and Telemetry experience.
- Ability to work effectively during night shifts with attentiveness and professionalism.
- Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to handle a fast-paced environment with multiple competing priorities.
