Schedule:
- Night shift
- 36 guaranteed hours per week
- Every third weekend
Responsibilities:
- Provide top-tier nursing care on a 41-bed unit specializing in med/surg, oncology, neuro, and palliative care
- Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions using EPIC EMR
- Perform core skills: IV and Foley catheter insertion, NGT placement
- Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality, compassionate care
- Adapt to occasional floating within the unit as needed
Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Active RN license and BLS certification
- At least 2 years of recent nursing experience
- Demonstrated skills in patient assessment, IV and Foley insertion, NGT placement
- Med/surg background preferred
- Strong commitment, curiosity, communication, and ability to connect with both patients and colleagues
- Ability to wear navy scrubs (no fleece allowed)
