Desired Qualifications:

• Valid RN license, eligible for Wisconsin practice
• Minimum of one year experience in a Medical-Surgical setting
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
• BLS required; additional certifications (ACLS, etc.) a plus
• Ability to thrive in changing settings and work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to adult and geriatric populations in a Medical-Surgical unit
• Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and update care plans
• Serve as a patient advocate, providing education to patients and families

$2,275 - $2,406/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
