Youll be part of a busy 41-bed rehabilitation unit equipped with modern patient care technology and supported by a robust team of nursing professionals. Schedule/Hours:
- 7:00 AM 7:00 PM
Qualifications:
- Active RN license
- Minimum of one year recent acute care hospital Med/Surg experience
- BLS certification (required)
- CRRN certificate (preferred)
- Familiarity with Quality Indicator scoring in a post-acute setting (preferred)
- Telemetry proficiency; ability to pass Airstrip telemetry competency (preferred)
- ACLS (preferred)
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to carry out tailored rehabilitation care plans
- Perform assessments, lab draws, blood administration, and IV medications as needed
- Utilize equipment such as patient lifts, glucometers, iSTAT devices, and wound vacs
- Educate patients and families on care plans and rehabilitation programs
- Serve as an advocate while communicating empathetically and supportively
