Desired Experience & Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered RN license
- Minimum 1 year of recent Med/Surg nursing experience preferred
- BLS certification required; additional credentials a plus
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and adaptable in dynamic environments
- Strong patient assessment, planning, and critical thinking skills
- Must be from out of state or at least 250 miles outside Montana for eligibility
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive, age-appropriate nursing care for Med/Surg patients
- Plan, direct, and evaluate individualized care in collaboration with interdisciplinary team members
- Accurately document patient progress and outcomes
- Serve as a reliable clinical resource for patients, families, and staff
