Schedule:
- 7:00 a.m. 7:30 p.m.
- 36 hours per week
- Every other weekend rotation
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Active RN license in good standing
- Previous experience on med-surg units
- Prefer comfort with emergency department patient care as well
- Strong assessment and communication skills
- Ability to manage varying patient ratios and acuity
- BLS certification required
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based nursing care to a variety of inpatients within a fast-paced setting
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans
- Respond to changing patient conditions with clinical judgment and efficiency
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to achieve best patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold facility standards
