Schedule & Hours:

• 7:00 AM 7:30 PM
• 36 hours per week
• Every other weekend rotation

Desired Qualifications:

• Current and unencumbered RN license
• Minimum of 1 year of Medical-Surgical (MS) nursing experience
• Prior experience with inpatient hold patients, preferably with Emergency Department (ED) competency
• Strong assessment, patient management, and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and adjust to varying patient acuity

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver safe, compassionate, and evidence-based care to inpatient hold and ED overflow patients
• Monitor, assess, and document patient status, communicating changes efficiently to the interdisciplinary team
• Collaborate with physicians and allied health staff to optimize patient outcomes
• Support and educate patients and families throughout the care process
• Adapt to variable workloads and rapidly changing clinical needs

$2,323 - $2,458/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
