This role offers the chance to broaden your resume by working in an inpatient setting with hold patients while honing your expertise in Medical-Surgical nursing. As part of your responsibilities, youll have the opportunity to assist with Emergency Department patients, ensuring that youre continually challenged and professionally engaged. On your days off, you can explore the citys green spaces, local museums, restaurants, and nearby natural attractions, making every assignment both rewarding and enjoyable.
Schedule/Hours:
- 7:00 pm 7:30 am shifts
- 36 hours per week
- Every other weekend rotation required
Qualifications:
- Active Registered Nurse license
- Proficiency in Medical-Surgical (RN-MS) nursing
- Experience with inpatient hold patients preferred
- Ability to provide care for Emergency Department patients is a plus
- Strong communication, teamwork, and adaptability skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to inpatient hold patients
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient outcomes
- Flexibly assist in the care of Emergency Department patients
- Implement care plans and document interventions according to facility standards
- Respond effectively to changing patient acuity levels
