Key Qualifications:
- Current, active RN license
- Prior medical-surgical (MS) nursing experience
- Strong clinical assessment and organizational skills
- Ability to utilize critical thinking and independent judgment
- Leadership experience or demonstrated supervisory skills preferred
- BLS certification (additional certifications a plus)
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver coordinated nursing care to assigned patients following established care standards and the nursing process
