Schedule / Hours
- Night shifts, three 12-hour shifts per week
- 36 weekly guaranteed hours
- Weekend and call requirements as determined by facility needs
Qualifications / Desired Experience
- Active RN license with a minimum of 4 years of Med-Surg experience
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred
- Proficiency with the nursing process: assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation
- Epic EMR experience preferred
- Willingness to float as needed across units
- Strong commitment to maintaining patient rights, confidentiality, and professional accountability
Responsibilities / Duties
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care in accordance with institutional policies and patient needs
- Evaluate and coordinate care with other team members and departments
- Monitor patient ratios with a focus on delivering individualized care (approx. 1:5 nurse-to-patient ratio)
- Ensure all care meets mission, values, and Service Standards
- Maintain accurate records and uphold the highest professional standards at all times
