Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Medical/Surgical and Telemetry units during the night shift (1900-0730)
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes in condition promptly
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure patient-centered care
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation
- Educate patients and families about health maintenance and post-discharge care
Qualifications:
- Current RN license with experience in Medical/Surgical and Telemetry nursing
- Strong assessment and critical-thinking skills for managing complex patient needs
- Ability to work effectively on night shifts, demonstrating reliability and professionalism
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
