A healthcare opportunity is available for a Registered Nurse with Medical-Surgical experience, providing skilled nursing care in a long-term acute care setting. This contract position is based in Greer, SC, and offers an engaging role caring for patients during night shifts.

Position Highlights:

• Night shifts, 3x12-hour (7:00 PM 7:00 AM)
• Patient-to-nurse ratio 1:6, supporting quality care delivery
• Contract assignment, with start date ASAP
• Floating within skillset to meet facility needs may be required
• Must pass arrhythmia and medication test on first day
• Must be prepared for fit testing, including shaving if needed

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Registered Nurse (RN) with Medical-Surgical (MS) experience
• Minimum 1-2 years nursing experience; first-time travel nurses considered
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• NIH certification required
• Pending licenses accepted if obtained prior to starting
• Ability to work nights and fulfill on-call requirements
• Strong attendance commitment per facility attendance policy

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to medically complex patients in a long-term acute care setting
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and implement care plans
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes
• Adhere to facility policies, safety standards, and infection control protocols
• Participate in floating assignments as needed within scope of practice
