This Med Surg Float Team opportunity is a dynamic role that places you in different unitsranging from observation, cardiac, and medical, to surgical, ortho/neuro, inpatient rehab, and transitional care. Youll gain valuable skills, broaden your clinical portfolio, and learn a wealth of approaches through cross-training in these diverse settings.
Schedule/Hours:
- 13-week assignment, start ASAP
- Guaranteed 36-48 hours per week (minimum of 36, OT after 48)
- 12-hour day/night variable shifts (flexibility required)
- Every weekend and holiday rotation
- No call or call-back requirements
Key Qualifications:
- 1-2+ years of recent Med/Surg RN experience
- Experience with venipuncture and Cardizem required
- BLS (American Heart Association) and active RN or compact license required
- NIHSS preferred on submission; completion required by end of orientation (provided free of charge)
- Epic charting experience within the past 2 years
- Candidates must be located more than 50 miles from Green Bay
- Resilient, adaptable, and strong time management skills
- Social and engaged demeanor
- Comfortable scrubs (no bright colors or character prints)
