Schedule/Hours:

Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- Current, active RN license in good standing
- 1+ year of recent medical-surgical nursing experience preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills
- Ability to supervise and coordinate activities of nursing staff
- Proficient in critical thinking and adaptable in fast-paced settings
- BLS certification required
- Excellent communication and interdisciplinary collaboration abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver coordinated, evidence-based nursing care for assigned patients
- Apply the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
- Supervise and direct activities of assigned nursing staff
- Coordinate care with other healthcare disciplines for optimal outcomes
