Youll elevate your nursing expertise while delivering coordinated care for a diverse group of medical and surgical patients in a general acute care unit. Schedule/Hours:

Qualifications/Experience:

  • Current, unrestricted RN license
  • Proficiency in Med-Surg nursing within an acute care setting
  • Strong critical thinking and independent judgment skills
  • Team leadership experience preferred
  • Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver coordinated nursing care to assigned patients in accordance with established policies and nursing practices
  • Supervise and direct the activities of various levels of nursing staff
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient care
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
  • Utilize discretion and professional judgment to ensure high standards of patient care
