Youll elevate your nursing expertise while delivering coordinated care for a diverse group of medical and surgical patients in a general acute care unit. Qualifications/Experience:
- Current, unrestricted RN license
- Proficiency in Med-Surg nursing within an acute care setting
- Strong critical thinking and independent judgment skills
- Team leadership experience preferred
- Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Responsibilities:
- Deliver coordinated nursing care to assigned patients in accordance with established policies and nursing practices
- Supervise and direct the activities of various levels of nursing staff
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient care
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
