Schedule/Hours:

This role involves delivering coordinated nursing care to both medical and surgical patients in a general acute care unit. Youll balance direct patient care with supervisory responsibilities, overseeing staff and ensuring effective multidisciplinary teamwork. The unit specializes in managing a broad range of conditions, maintaining a balanced patient mix for well-rounded clinical exposure.
Key Qualifications:
- Active RN license in good standing
- BLS certification (additional certifications preferred)
- Strong med-surg nursing skills, comfortable with both medical and post-surgical patient care
- Proven critical thinking and independent clinical judgment
- Experience in a supervisory or charge nurse capacity is highly valued
- Previous travel nursing experience is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
