Schedule/Hours:

Skills & Experience Desired:

• Current, unencumbered RN license.
• Proven experience in a Medical-Surgical (MS) nursing role.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Comfort in a fast-paced, dynamic clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients on a medical-surgical unit, following all protocols and best practices.
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and document patient information accurately.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and post-discharge care.
• Respond to emergencies and acute changes in patient condition efficiently and compassionately.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and positive environment for both patients and staff.
